This listing is for our bulk DISH BLOCK® pieces. It is approximately 3.5-5 lbs. Pieces will be all random sizes and may contain small chunks as well as larger pieces and discolorations and imperfections. We do not guarantee specific sizes or shapes with these. Some may include scented batches. 

The DISH BLOCK® dishwashing soap is a cleaning powerhouse with a rich, sudsy lather. Cuts stubborn grime and grease on dishes, pots and pans. With added aloe vera to be gentle on your hands. Completely unscented and fragrance-free.

You can even use it for cleaning-duty all over your home. Take stains out of laundry, take labels off of jars, spot clean your carpet, use it to wipe down counters... it's a truly multipurpose product. 

Recommended: Pair with the CASA AGAVE™ dish brushes, and a Moso Bamboo Soap Shelf to keep it drained and dry between uses. 

How to use: Scrape dishes to remove excess grease and food. Wet sponge, for plates, bowls and cups, and rub Dish Block® soap to create suds. (Repeat as needed to refresh suds.) Wash items and rinse well.

Pro kitchen tip: Use the DISH BLOCK® to clean your sink when it gets dirty, this can be used on porcelain, stainless, stone and glass sinks safely. We have seen customers use it to clean dirty & stained oven top surfaces as well!

Contains: One bulk lot of dish soap - this will be approximately 3.5-5 lbs or more of pieces with varied sizes. Piece sizes range from 1 oz up to 20 oz and are all random sizes, with no specific sizes guaranteed.

Actually detergent

I’ve used several different brands of solid dish soap. This is the only one that is actually detergent. As such it doesn’t melt away quickly and does not leave a film on the dishes. It cuts through grease but does not drip my hands. I use it with the little knobby brush and it is great for pots and pans and all the utensils I can’t put in the dishwasher. Will purchase again!

Love the big block

I buy a couple of the big blocks of soap every year or so. They last FOREVER and exceed my expectations every time. Highly recommended the big soap

Best dish soap ever!

The only truly environmentally friendly dish soap. No dish soap bar will ever suds like liquid dish soaps, which is great because it means less rinsing! It works great!

Makes hand washing even better!

I have been so impressed with this little bar. The 6oz bar has lasted months and still has so much left. It works great with a brush, but I’ve also found that a Swedish dish clothe gets a great lather as well. I am truly pleased with its cleaning quality and lack of residue or spots on glass after drying. The lather has excellent longevity and being able to get more from the bar is much easier for me to do one handed. All in all, hand washing is easier and I am really happy with the results.

Great value!

I was really happy to see that this bulk dish soap deal was finally in stock! I was hoping to get closer to 5 pounds, and that was what happened! The pieces are definitely on the smaller side when compared with the big dish block, but a little microwaving and sticking together should fix that :) Thanks so much for a great product!

It is not safe to microwave the dish soap, please don't do that! We recommend to use the bars as is, and do not cut or heat them at home.

I've never seen grease cut like this.

I thought Dawn cut grease. Then I bought this bar soap. Honestly, my hopes weren't high. But WOW. New bar set for grease cutting. Never going back.

A great product

I like the product overall as it does a good job of cleaning our dishes and reduces environmental impact by using less plastic. I plan on taking it with me on my next camping trip. Only gave 4 stars since it doesn't foam up as much as our other dish soap.

Wanted to love it

Cleans dishes well but it leaves what feels like a slightly greasy feeling. Sorry I won’t buy it again

Make sure you don't over-use it, sometimes people put a lot of soap on the brush or sponge which will take extra to rinse off. So try dialing back how much you use on the brush/ sponge and see if that makes a difference!
