Returns Policy
Personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Shampoo & conditioner
- Deodorant
- Face wash
- Lip balm
- Body & hand soaps
- Underarm detox bars
- Face sponges
- Toothbrushes
- Floss
For health and safety, personal care products that have left our facility cannot be re-sold and are final sale.
Non-personal care items may be returned within 30 days
Non-personal care products may be returned within 30 days of purchase on notoxlife.com only (USA only*).** (If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly with your return request, as they may have different policies.)
*International orders (outside of USA) cannot be returned due to return shipping logistics. If you have an issue with an international order please contact us.
**Sale items and subscription items cannot be returned. We offer discounts on sales and subscription items which make those products final sale.
The following items can be returned within 30 days of purchase:
- Soap dishes
- Dish brushes
- Vegetable brushes
- Sponges for the kitchen
- Dish soap
- Shower steamer tabs
- Other non-personal care items on our site
Initiate a return from your account.
Unused items:
Items that are unused and arrive back in excellent shape will be refunded in full, minus any return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Lightly used items:
Items that are lightly used or arrive back damaged will include a 25% disposal fee and have the return shipping deducted. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Heavily used items:
Heavily used items will not be refunded.
Inspection of items:
Our returns team needs a few days for inspection after it arrives back to verify the return condition.
We reserve the right to limit excessive or fraudulent returns, and we reserve the right to deny returns for any reason as permitted by law.
Per our wholesale policies, wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit?
If your package or item was damaged in transit, please initiate a return but also email or text us photo evidence of the damaged packaging and item(s). Contact us to send the evidence.
