Returns Policy


This returns policy applies to orders placed on notoxlife.com only. 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, and other retailers have their own returns policy and you must return via that website or store where it was purchased.

    Free returns within 30 days for USA e-commerce orders:

    Free returns in USA within 30 days for e-commerce orders.*  

    *Excludes final sale items. We reserve the right to limit excessive or fraudulent returns, and we reserve the right to deny returns for any reason as permitted by law. 

    Canada orders are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders cannot be returned. 

    Per our wholesale policies, wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned. 

    Returns process:

    • Start a return from your account here
    • Our team will review the return and send you a return shipping label
    • Pack up the item(s) carefully and attach the return shipping label to the box
    • Give several days for transit, and a few extra days for inspection of the return
    • Your refund will be processed to original form of payment**


    Refund notes:

    **Refunds are based on the price paid at time of checkout and are issued to original form of payment. We reserve the right to limit or block excessive or fraudulent returns. Final sale items will not be refunded. 


    Damaged in transit?

     

    If your package or item was damaged in transit, please initiate a return as above, but also email or text us photo evidence of the damaged packaging and item(s). Contact us to send the evidence.
