It's that time of year again! We have some shipping cutoffs for holidays that are important to know if you'd like your orders to arrive before Hannukah, Christmas Day or Kwanzaa.
USA Rush orders:
UPDATE - All domestic orders over $50 USD qualify for a FREE Priority Mail or FedEx Ground upgrade through December 23, 2019. This means your $50 or more order will arrive in 1-4 business days if placed by 11am Pacific Time.
We can rush orders for an additional fee, please contact us with a screenshot of your cart, plus your shipping address, and email to hello@notoxlife.com so we can tell you the options.
We are carried by more than 700 stores worldwide, if you'd simply like to know a retailer local to you, email us with your city and country and we'll let you know the closest options. We have added hundreds of stores in the last 3 months so our online directory might not list a store near you yet.
USA Standard shipping orders:
To get your standard shipping orders (below $50 purchase amount) before Christmas Day, please place orders by Sunday, Dec 15th at midnight, Pacific Standard Time for East Coast and Midwest.
We will continue shipping after that date but please note that East Coast and Midwest orders will take longer to arrive and may not arrive on time.
West Coast orders should be placed by Monday, Dec 16th at midnight for on-time arrival.
International orders to Canada, UK, Europe, Australia:
We can still rush some orders with a rush shipping charge, while we cannot guarantee international delivery due to potential customs delays we will do our best. Please email us before you order with a screenshot of your cart, plus the shipping address and we'll let you know your options. hello@notoxlife.com. Last day to try to rush International orders is Sunday, Dec 15th at midnight, Pacific Standard Time. All duties and taxes upon arrival to your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Fine print:
Order delivery times may be delayed by weather events or other unforeseeable delays, we do not have a money-back guarantee for holiday orders that do not arrive as expected but we will do everything we can to ship your order in time. We are all working long days and extra hours to ship as fast as we can this season.
Gift wrap:
We do not have the capacity to offer gift wrap for online orders at this time. If you include a gift note with your order we will try to print it out and include it with the order.
Packing slips:
All packing slips are gift-friendly as they do not include pricing listed.
