Storage and Care
Cracking is normal and can be reduced by oiling the uncoated wood with mineral oil. Leave the brush in a dry spot after use to reduce cracking.
How long it lasts
Longevity: Each brush can be used for 1-6 months.
End of Life
The handle and bristles are biodegradable but contain metal staples, so if you do compost it you will need to fish out the metal staples later from your compost. We suggest burying it in a spot in the garden so it can break down, which will take some time.
This pot brush fits nicely in the hand. It is tough enough to scrub off stuck on gunk but gentle enough not to ruin the ceramic coating on my pans!
Hard bristles
I love this brush and use it in everything: dishes, pans, countertops, stovetop, etc. It is the perfect little brush!
Very strong stiff bristles
I want to give 5 stars because it really is a valuable product. However the one tiny drawback is that scrubbing the brush constantly across the soap block causes soap to fly everywhere. The noodle bar base at bottom does nnot hold onto soap well so its slippibg and sliding all over it and had to be cleaned after one set of dishes. I remedied by by putting the block into my aponge rack hanging inside the sink so the messy soap splashes go onto the dirty dishes. Maybe the wood base they also sell is more stable.
Love the shorter handle, cleans well until you get to your skillet. Maybe its my technique but it cleans all else amazingly
Im still getting the hang of using the handle but it works great with stainless steel and other dishes! One thing it doesn’t clean off skillets as well, maybe its my technique but regardless it cleans off grease and oil very good with the rest!
