Keeping Our Staff and Customers Safe

In addition to enhanced cleaning and sanitation in our Los Angeles retail store, we have also implemented additional cleaning measures in manufacturing and distribution to keep our staff and customers safe.

All high-touch surfaces are cleaned with spray cleaner and alcohol many times throughout the day. Daily enhanced cleaning of all areas includes regularly cleaning keyboards, desks, workstations, doorknobs, sink handles, etc. with spray cleaner and alcohol. 

All staff are washing hands before and after eating food, after using the restroom, after sneezing, after touching their face or hair. Staff are instructed that wearing gloves is not a substitute for hand washing. 



Any staff feeling unwell are to go home and get better. Our paid sick day policy applies. Managers will help arrange schedules as needed for those who are home sick so there is coverage. 

While these are extremely challenging times for all of us, we are navigating this as best we can and listening to official information sources for best practices and guidance.

For wholesale orders, we are working on keeping up with an overwhelming number of new retailer inquiries and are emailing you back as fast as we can. We are working on shipping most wholesale orders within around 5 business days, however certain products such as our Eucalyptus Steam®, solid shampoo and conditioner and zero waste deodorant have extremely high demand right now so so please be patient as we fulfill your orders.
