My hair is so particular and for years I treated it terribly using the standard products advertised and using heat etc. After realizing how damaged my hair had become I wanted to reroute and only use products I knew wouldn’t hurt my hair. I started off using Castile soap which didn’t hurt my hair but no matter how I adjusted my usage and dilution and rinses etc. my hair was always greasy. Then I found this, it leaves my hair silky and smooth and it feels light. I love it so much!!
The conditioner has a white tone to it. I paired the conditioner with their shampoo bar. If I have to choose I will opt out for the conditioner bar. My spit ends have moisture, I no longer need a hair cut. One conditioner bar last about 6 months for thin waist length hair. I always use a soap lift or else it will wash away. I can detangle my hair in the shower and it makes brushing my hair so much easier. I over lap the old bar with the new one and they meshed well, I applied it in a circle motion it worked great.
I made the transition from a pump shampoo bottle to a solid bar soap. The shampoo bar has a yellow tone compared to the conditioner bar.
The solid shampoo lightly washes your hair but it doesn’t strip your natural oils. I can feel the moisture lock in when I rinse. It has helped me detangle my waist length hair in the shower. This product has replaced my detangler spray bottle and my leave in conditioner. I have not been in need to cut my ends. My spit ends have minimize and I have added length to my hair. When I brush my hair the comb glides off. My hair doesn’t fall in the shower anymore. Even when I comb with a bamboo brush, it’s not a battle to brush. This bar gives me a natural shine, and when I do my hair the waves hold for two days looking natural.
These are perfect for traveling, and makes it easy to carry, grab & go without changing my hair routine.
Beware the bar is made of natural oils that it will make your shower stall slippery. When using the bar you will need a soap lift, or else it will wash away. It can be easy to confuse the bars. I wish they were label (or had a flower pedal) with an S: for shampoo to differentiate between the shampoo and the conditioner.
Overall, its been four months and have enjoyed the plastic free shampoo bar.
Do it! Was nervous to make the change but was tired of having to read ingredient lists on traditional shampoo and conditioner bottles. The shampoo and conditioner bar take a few uses to adjust but very worth it. My hair no longer falls out in the shower or when I brush it. Very mild natural ingredients that are great since I have psoriasis on my scalp. Love the scent and of course no plastic! Happy I tried these and will only be using these products going forward.
Me and my BFF both use this solid shampoo .Most shampoos make my scalp really itchy but this stopped the itchiness! My friend says it cured her husbands itchy scalp and dandruff as well. It’s smells wonderful, it cleans your hair really well, and does not leave residue . The conditioner is nice a slippery to detangle and leaves hair soft and most importantly it’s plastic free!! Unfortunately I definitely can’t afford to keep buying in the long term unless they make them a decent size.

This is my second order of this bar and first conditioner bar ever. It’s really great. I have very long fine hair and my hair loves this bar. I almost feel as if it has even brought out a little bit of natural curl in my hair. It leaves my hair feeling smooth and so soft. I have heard that you have to try many bars before you find one that works for you. Luckily this was my first and only! It’s so wonderful. I have also been using the shampoo and I’m very happy with it!
I have been using Shampoo Conditioner since October and I’m in love. Making it shiny not feeling greasy or build up. Also the scent is no overwhelming. I do have a sensitive nose. My hair loves it.
I have curly hair and have used every product under the sun. Expensive shampoos, oils, special conducted potions for my locks! Nothing, I mean, NOTHING has made my hair look and feel how these shampoo + conditioner do. I thought I had terrible, unmanageable, wild hair with frizz because I was born that way. Wrong. Don't let anyone tell you different. It's the chemicals. No Tox Life saved my hair. I cannot wait to share it with my future children and friends. I love it. I will make this the most honest and detailed review. I swear I was a little ummm-questioning-skeptical about trying a bar shampoo. I really wanted to switch to one though, because I feel soooooo guilty buying plastic bottles/waste knowing how it kills ocean life/life in general. Also I was a questioning to buy it because I had Dandruff. Here’s the thing.. I’ve tried ALOT of shampoos. of course at different times and I give them time apart. I have to wash my hair everyday because then my hair gets oily and I don’t feel comfortable or clean. I have a sensitive scalp, it used to be itchy. Also another reason why i was ummm about getting it was because i thought it wouldn’t lather(make bubbles) or that it would break off soon after using it.
Ok so i stared using this 8/23 and TILL this day I LOOOOOVE it sooooo much. I SERIOUSLY told my mom and grandma and family about how happy I am with my new ZERO WASTE SHAMPOO BAR. I CANTTTT EVEN!!!! I ordered another😭😭😭😭💓 It is everything positive I was questioning and better. It makes hella bubbles and if smells sooo natural and good. I will get the conditioner bar as soon as I finish my plastic :( bottle vegan conditioner. YESSSSSS YALLLLL SHOULD DEFINATLY BUY THIS!!!! I LOVE this conditioner! I've been using it for years now and I can't live without it. My hair is very long (almost to my waist), curly, and very bleached, which usually means dry ... But thanks to this conditioner it's actually healthy and gorgeous. People stop me all the time to compliment my hair. Before I found this conditioner my hair was dry and hard to keep it looking healthy. Now it's the perfect mermaid hair!
I bought more of these, because they're the best solid detangling conditioner I've used (tried Lush, local producers, and larger brands at my local organic market). Having the comb just glide right though my hair post shower nearly brought me to tears. My hair doesn't get greasy for ~a week and this doesn't alter that, so no heavy/greasy residue to complain about - just works! Thank you for making such an effective product!
I’ve been on a mission to reduce my use of plastics and this conditioner bar helped me do it. I have long wavy hair and was anxious about switching to a bar conditioner because I worried it wouldn’t work well enough to detangle my locks. Even after first use I’m so impressed. It leaves my hair tangled free and shiny- I honestly like it better than the bottled stuff.
I like the eucalyptus smell, but I’m crossing my fingers they expand the scent options. This company’s products are awesome, you won’t be disappointed if you give them a try!
I’ve used this shampoo for years now and it’s my favorite shampoo! It gets my hair clean but doesn’t strip it and make it dry. I make sure to store it away from the shower stream. Lasts for months (and both my husband and I use it).
Very nice to have a natural option that still leaves your hair feeling clean. J can now go a week without washing my hair and the bonus is it is free of chemicals!
I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased this conditioner. It is really silky and effective at softening and detangling my hair. I have long hair and need to use very little. The bar lasts me months. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best conditioner I've ever used, and I love that it comes in a bar! While on the pricey side, the bar lasts quite a while (months for me). I have very long hair and this conditioner glides on super smooth and makes my hair very soft. I rub the bar directly on my ends and in my hands. The scent is fresh and bewitching.
