How to use
Scrape dishes to remove excess grease and food. Wet brush, for plates, bowls and cups, and rub DISH BLOCK dish soap to create rich, fluffy suds. (Repeat as needed to refresh suds.) Wash items and rinse well. Works in all water types including hard water.
Pro kitchen tip: Use the same DISH BLOCK® dish soap suds to clean your sink - this can be used on porcelain, stainless, and glass sinks. We have seen customers use it to clean dirty stained oven top surfaces as well!
How long it lasts
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of eyes. If it gets in the eyes, gently flush with clean water. The DISH BLOCK® dish soap bar is very solid and not designed to be cut safely. dishes will get slippery when soapy and wet. Do not leave sitting in a pool of water, it needs to stay drained and dry between uses.
*Test in an inconspicuous spot for new materials you wish to use it on to ensure compatibility. Not recommended for delicate fabrics, with naturally dyed products or for use on porous stone surfaces such as granite, quartz or marble. We do not guarantee compatibility with all materials.
Storage and Care
Keep as dry as possible, a soap holder that allows drainage is preferable. Do not leave wet sponge or dish brush on the DISH BLOCK® as it can cause water to sit and slowly create a hole.

Smells amazing
We love this soap. I bought it for its environmental benefits, which are amazing. It lasts a long time, cleans well, one of those rare perfect products.
I so wanted to like the block soap. I tried really hard to get used to it and ignore the mess. I found it very messy and also I didn’t think it did well on anything greasy. And the large block did not fit in the base that came in the starter kit. So I’m a little disappointed.
Hi Jilly, we are sorry to hear this didn't work out for you. If it's within the return period, you can initiate a return from your account when purchased from our site. Just scroll to the bottom of the site and click on the return policy page for the link to start your return. The large bar does fit in the bamboo soap holder, but you may need to rotate the side because it is not a perfect cube. Some sides are larger than others. It will fit on one of the sides in the holder perfectly.

This is a great product. No more hassles with plastic jugs and bottles. The bar is an excellent degreaser. It's low tox nature is a plus, too!
I was shocked how much came in the box. I have thought about writing a thank you note to the company because I wasn’t expecting that much to be in the box. It really helped us to be able to afford dish soap for a while and we love this dish soap! This was the first no tox product I bought and after trying 3 other brands I came back and bought other no tox products and love them all.
This is my second order & I’m happy with my purchase! The imperfections were great and discounted fairly! I do worry that this soap does run out a little faster than the average but I’m trying to see if it balances out

My new favorite non toxic soap! Just ordered a second batch. I really enjoy that the soap doesn’t dry out my hands. I’m using it on my baby bottles and it removes milk residue just fine. Recommend to my neighbors!
